Cancellation Policy:

•  The confirmed booking amount is non-refundable after booking.

Security deposit:

• An insurance deposit of 1000 AED must be paid upon arrival. The amount will be refunded upon departure after verifying that the property is in good condition and that all agreed policies have been followed.

Owner's Rules:

• Upon arrival, ask the employee to tour the place, and check the cleanliness and sterilization yourself, and if you have any comments, inform him immediately.

• Preserve the property, and do not be careless while using the contents

• Do not put soap and dirt inside the swimming pool

• Do not leave children alone inside or around the swimming pool (your children are your responsibility)

• Do not light fires in places other than those designated for barbecue

• Do not smoke inside the rooms and do not throw cigarette butts inside the farm (a fine of 300 dirhams)

• An additional fee be charged if the property is left excessively dirty. ( 500 dirhams).

• Check-out must not exceed 12 noon (a fine of 500 dirhams)

• The employee must be informed before leaving to hand over the key and receive the security deposit.

• If guests leave before the employee arrives, the security deposit will be deducted in full, and guests are responsible for any damages resulting from leaving the doors open.

• In case of no-show, the full amount will be deducted

• To change the date, you must contact us 48 hours before the arrival date and a change fee may be applied
