There is 1000 Dirham to be paid to farm owner upon arrival. The Insurance amount will be refunded by the owner after ensuring the safety of the venue and the implementation of the agreed policies.

Owner's Rules:

• For families and Singles.

• Day-use is available only on weekdays and not on weekends.

• Any additional guests without prior notification and approval will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.

• Any damages to the property may result in deductions determined by the company without the need to provide invoices.

• The farm is not responsible for any accidents that occur to the occupants.

• No food or drink is allowed in the swimming pool.

• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking is not allowed in farm buildings such as rooms, lounges, etc.

• Guests must adhere to check-in and check-out times.

• Guests must ensure the farm is returned clean and all facilities are in good condition.

• Guests must follow the check-out time and return the farm to its original state.

• Alcohol consumption is prohibited.
